I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by extremely high noise levels. The room did not feel quiet or private at all. There were constant loud construction and machine noises, and the sound insulation seemed very poor. I could clearly hear heavy activity and noise from outside and surrounding areas, to the point where it genuinely felt like there was a family gathering or party happening inside my room. The noise started early in the morning and I was unable to sleep past 7am due to how loud it was. For a hotel stay, especially when you expect rest and comfort, this was really disappointing. I would strongly suggest reviewing the soundproofing and ensuring guests are informed if construction is taking place, as it significantly affected the experience.

All the staff we spoke to were so nice and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection, and I love that you can make your own juice. The rooms are in good condition and clearly freshly renovated. The bathroom is a little small, when door opens it almost touches the toilet. The lobby is currently being renovated and it was a bit noisy during breakfast. Nice gym and pool. Although a little on the cold side, it was refreshing! It’s in a great spot near the river and Church street eateries.
