For concierge team member has been great helping hand towards customers and excellent extra mile service especially Daniel when I needed his help for best directions route he explained clearly and advise best option from his recommendation. I do really like his service towards my stay. I might not able to thank him for his service when my check-out date as I think he work in afternoon shift. For improvement breakfast section I think have to improve on like live station for breakfast. Most of the days is the same foods. Overall very nice to stay and great view harbour bridge.
