"Nice hotel that had very easy access to the subway trains. A walking distance to many locations, one veing the Dotonbori. Staff were really nice and accommodate all of our needs. "

Room (Hollywood twin) was sized as expected, beds and pillows very comfortable, and we had the convenience of an ensuite, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Toiletries provided, house keeping daily, and a microwave, ice machine and washer dryer combos were available on the 2nd floor for guests to use. Luggage storage available, complimentary umbrellas to borrow during wet weather. Highly recommend."
