Everything was immaculate and staff tremendously helpful. I’ve got a positive and a negative. The very positive is they upgraded to a substantially larger suite for a very reasonable price. Negative is the mixed drinks were tremendously expensive and they poured 1/2 oz max per drink.

Stunning property in the perfect location in Osaka. When you book W you know already what you are getting. But the team in Osaka exceeded even the W standard. I was travelling with my twins and shared a room - very spacious and with everything you need. 10/10

Beautiful hotel. It smelled amazing walking in and the hotel staff was attentive and so accommodating. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Our room was lovely and I liked that our curtains opened up when we'd come into the room.

The hotel had a great vibe and excellent staff. The concierge provided wonderful options for shopping, restaurants and excursions. Loved them!! The bathroom in the room was part of the room so no privacy. There was one sink and very little counter space. The room had no drawers. The room had a wall of floor to ceiling windows with a superb view.
