"Lovely hotel and great location. Spacious room and the addition of the washing machine/dryer was great. Only a couple of small negatives, not really any storage in the room but that’s not uncommon these days. Also when room was made over house keeping didn’t give fresh cups or wash them."

"Great location right next JR Namba station. Easy access to direct shuttle bus to/from KIX just steps away from hotel makes it super convenient. Having an onsite private bath gives an amazing experience. Rooftop view is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good but pricey. I would recommend you try once. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time."
