"We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. "Good location at the end of the Bunds. River view is great if room is in the mid or right section of the building facing towards the city night lights. Staff understand some English. Walk to the Yuyang old street and Yu garden is about 20mins. "
