"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. "Great ryokan experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The food was phenomenal. We stayed for two nights and they had a different menu each day. The service was exemplary. We brought our 4 month old baby boy and they went out of the way to accommodate us. They put us in a slightly more secluded room and dining section so we didn’t need to feel bad when he cried. They set up a little bed for him at dinner time. "

"We had two nights in this classic old ryokan. It is one of the oldest in Gora with a long history, and the place exudes history and classic Japanese history. The staff was superb, and the food was fantastic. The onsens were relaxing. The ryokan has a large private forest garden and depending on the route taken can be seen in 13 mins or an hour. "This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
