"The hotel itself was alright. We got one of the remodeled rooms so it was nicer. There were no elevators so that was inconvenient when bringing luggage up and down. The toilets in the room don’t have a lid and the towel rack is right above so when you take a towel off, it almost falls in the toilet. The staff was amazing and provided excellent customer service. The location is great with lots of dining options nearby. Shampoo and conditioner could be better quality. "
