"They need to teach staff not to pick up the phone and hang up on callers. It happened to me a half dozen times as I was a late check in and called ahead to make those arrangements and was nearly denied access upon arrival. Hanging up on a customer who has already paid for their room and is trying to check in is unacceptable, I don’t care what time it is!"
