"Pleasantly clean hotel, spacious room, good breakfast, great customer service. The staff were helpful with anything needed, and friendly as well. The room we had was clean and well stocked. The parking is easy, the area is next to some good restaurants and main roads. The room doors can be a little loud when they shut, but most visitors are conscious and close them quietly(it takes more time to close them quietly). The pool is nice and the hot tub is as well. "

"We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. No one addressed the issue the next day and we decided it was a bigger pain to move, so we just stayed put. Our kids loved the pool and the...

"Stay was great, the parking fee per night took me by surprise though. Room was clean. Bathroom needed a bit of a touch up, some broken caulk in the tub. The water pressure was terrible in my room but my co-workers said theirs was fine. Services were great. Breakfast was reasonable and filling. Would stay again. "

"Shower head is not convenient. Had to call front desk to figure out how to turn off the headboard light. Shuttle is fast and 24hrs available. Internet is good. "

"What a lovely hotel! Lots of personality and charm. Great restaurant and speakeasy on site. Awesome coffee shop right around the block. Rooms were very spacious and beds were quality. Gave 4 starts on 2 rating options because pillows were too high and firm, causing some neck discomfort in the morning along with the room door needing some work to close/open efficiently. "
