"Rooms are clean but for non smoking, rooms and hallways smells a lot like weed. My room had plumbing issues, shower water wouldn't drain and toilet will keep running after flushing."

"The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. New sheets, bathroom very clean, bed was firm and comfortable. The only bad thing is there is no do not disturb sign. The cleaning staff does not know if guest wishes to sleep in or not. They knock and wake the guest. "

"We have stayed at Branson's Best every time we go down to Branson since our first time being there. The people are so friendly the rooms are clean it's a quiet area and it's the only place that will stay when we go there."

"I had no idea that there was no coffee maker or shampoo in the room. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have brought my own. Staff were kind and helpful, price was reasonable, room was clean. "

"It needs an overhaul. The beds are comfortable, but flooring needs redone. As well, it would be nice to have a rubber backed rug between the beds. As long as they are washed but air dried, they will last a long time. Also, to ask for a deposit says the motel is not a good motel. I will be less likely to patronise again due to the deposit."

"Only real problem was there was no parking for us. We ended up parking in a back parking lot."
