"The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours)....

"The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. "

The room layout was excellent, with a separate sitting area and workspace that made it feel both functional and spacious. Everything was well-appointed and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered plenty of great options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to University of Missouri. Would definitely stay here...
