"The boiler system broke and the hotel was freezing. No heat from early Saturday morning til who knows when. No heaters offered. Could shower but then froze trying to get ready. Trying to eat breakfast at the buffet was like eating in a freezer. No even mentioned the issue at that point either. We finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. They offered a 10% discount only at that point. We had to push to get a refund for the second night and only got 50% discount for the first night which was ridiculous because we had to find another hotel to stay at and no considerationfor the inconvenience. There was only a small sign at the front desk informing guests of the issue. It is a shame because it could be a very nice hotel but they really need to renovate the hotel and update things like the boiler and air conditioning and even the rooms. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again. ."
