This is a very cute hotel. The fireplaces make it so cozy. Very clean. Helpful and polite staff. Tom’s Place was is great, good food, very warm and welcoming ambiance, and great staff.

A very clean and well-maintained hotel with two great restaurants/bars and friendly staff. The breakfast was disappointing after reading good reviews of it. The coffee machines were both empty when we arrived and the food wasn’t hot or tasty. It’s probably good if you arrive earlier. We were there towards the end of the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was the typical 'included with room' buffet, what made it most pleasant was the person working there. There is something to be said about getting yogurt out of a machine, would much prefer single serving with choice of flavours. All in all, it was fine. Highlight of our stay was Tom's Place - great food, great service and amazing ambiance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was so comfortable. The hotel was very homey and welcoming with a quiet but busy pub in the lobby. And the room’s fireplace and seating area were so cozy and nice during our cold weekend in Kingston. The room was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were really well-thought out. Dual head shower, extra curtain space, shower cap and nice mild, but softly scented soaps, ample shelving for toiletries and very good lighting options. I was very comfortable here during my three night stay.
