There was a bit of a mix up when we first got there and it appeared we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. However, as soon as I said something, they immediately gave us a new room and apologized for the mix up. It was resolved so quickly, we were quite pleased. The room was a little small, but not uncomfortably so. It appeared to be fairly clean and the beds were quite comfortable. It also had an AC unit which was a godsend in the heat and humidity! The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. Honestly, the only suggestion I would have for improvement is maybe some art or something on the walls, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. I would recommend Bayside if you want a comfortable stay in Kingston.

The spot by the water is nice. Sitting down at the dock was lovely. They are doing a lot of renovations. We stayed in a suite that was not renovated and it was quite dirty. Sheets were clean though. Online shows pictures of a breakfast but there definitely is not. I found the train going by to be quite loud in the night. Front staff is very friendly.

Worth the drive out to Bayside to be on the water. Suites were well equipped, with kitchen necessities, nice outdoor covered sitting area with table and chairs. Especially enjoyed the waterside deck.

Very nice staff, and simple clean room. No plugs accessible near the beds, TV is crooked and bathroom is a bit tired. Easy location to access and nice view of the water in the morning. Overall a decent place to spend a night or two for a good price.

Our stay at Bayside was very nice. The room was nice and we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio beside the water. It was very private like renting a cottage for the weekend. I would book a room there again for sure.

Nice sitting by the bay.

The hot tub was clean enough but missing a few things, toilette paper holder, back of the remote. No view from our room but had a nice place to sit by the bay.
