"A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the action. Everything is in easy walking distance. The only criticisms I have about the property are the elevator and breakfast service. The elevator can get quite busy and there is only 3 that services this large property. If you’re unable to take stairs, you’re going to be waiting a considerable amount. As well, if you don’t go early for breakfast, you could be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for a table."

"The lobby and restaurant/bar areas are very nice and have been well updated. Staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a good location for sightseeing. But, they REALLY need to change their signature scent that hits you when you first walk in. NOT pleasant at all. The rooms are very clean but have not been updated in a very, very long time. It is an old hotel. Furniture, original toilets/tubs and carpet from the 70’s. The first rooms our group was given were unacceptable. Strong sewer...

"The hotel is in an excellent location and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Unfortunately my experience was spoilt by extremely noisy guests waking me up at 130 am by congregating in the courtyard and shouting and screaming for an hour, ignoring attempts to quieten them by security staff. The hotel needs to address how to deal with people leaving events at their venues. I recommend avoiding rooms facing into the courtyard."

"Absolutely lovely check in experience from Glen. Very proffesionall and very knowledgeable. Room was okay it’s a shame about no windows but this is something that I knew before going so completely happy with it."
