Instead of a modern room with park views, I got a dated, smelly room overlooking ventilation equipment and a wall covered in bird droppings. "They have bed bugs!!!!! When first arriving everything seemed swell. They charged an additional $45 per day which was not mentioned on Expedia. They advertised a balcony room but never had any available. We did not get a balcony room. They claimed we have room service but I had to go pick up my food. They had a snack bar that was not free.
