"When I got there to check in for a room I had already reserved, I was given three different room keys and asked to check them out to see if they were clean. Two of the rooms were occupied and the other was locked. The staff promised me a refund after, which I have yet to receive. Overall, service was very unprofessional. The staff member helping me even suggested that the people in line behind me go with me to check the rooms."
