"We had a wonderful experience at this brand-new hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday, including a lovely complimentary gesture and a personalized card. These thoughtful touches made our stay truly special and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"I asked for a lower level room due to mobility issues and not only was I accommodated but was given an upgrade due to their having some residual damage from the hurricane.I would definitely stay there again .The staff was great"

"The room was clean. Bathroom was okay. We asked for more towels and they responded promptly to our request. The breakfast was great. However, a bald employee was watching my boyfriend grab a second chocolate muffin and was told we will get charged for the second muffin. Joke or not, it was offensive. The hallways were riddled with cat poop. Also the grounds, grass and path ways. It was not a good sight and smell. Anyone could have stepped on the cat poop while walking to and from the parking...

"Amazing pool area and beach right on premises. Never an issue finding chairs at either. Staff was very friendly. Nearby shopping and additional restaurants as well as convenience stores a big plus. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Will return"

"It was low key and perfect if you want a bar/restaurant on site and other options nearby at the Coconut Marketplace."

"Very nice location, beautiful hotel. Amenities weren’t all available but a hurricane had just been through."

"The best features was the location on the beach and we had a balcony over looking the beach. The other positive was the proximity to the Coconut Market- walking distance to shops and restaurants. However it was not well lit at night so it could be hazardous walking. More lights are definitely needed. Our unit was also in need of an upgrade. The staff was helpful but they are not always available at the front desk."

"Clean room, easy parking, rooms could use a more modern touch"

"The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind. Made the check in process easy. The stay itself was great ,not loud, nice rooms king size bed, WiFi, fridge & microwave included . Also great view of the water , will definitely be returning here (:"

"The property was perfect for our needs and we loved how usable the kitchen was. Everything was walkable from this room and the property was well maintained."

"Beautiful property! Amazing pool, good margaritas, nice cute coffee shop with snacks and nice fitness center. Loved the location … close to so much!"

"I was never aware that this was a private rental and I had no access to the resort activities"
