"Really a great place to stay. We got a small suite with a kitchen which was quite convenient when vacationing in Kauai. Had a fridge/dishwasher/washer/dryer so we could fly home with clean and dry clothes (no stinky wet bathing suit in a plastic bag). 2 decent restaurants on site, and many food options near by in old Koloa town. Bed was OK, shower was great and the toiletries were of good quality. 2 pools on site, right on the beach which is good for swimming. Very happy with our stay. "

"Our family of 10 (ages 3 years to 75 years) truly enjoyed our stay at Pali Nui. The common areas were fantastic, and everyone had a private respite to retreat to when desired. The outdoor amenities were constantly being enjoyed. Outside of construction vehicles passing by, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and private. Its location is close enough to Koloa, Poipu and Kukui'ula to afford quick, convenient access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. A definite winner!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about how thoughtfully this condo was prepared. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the owners put great care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable and convenient stay.The bathroom was stocked with extras we didn’t expect—body wash, sunscreen lotion and spray, a hair dryer with a diffuser, liquid hand soap, and plenty of soft towels. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more!)—pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, prep bowls, measuring cups and spoons, a toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, dish towels, sponge, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods—the list goes on. It made cooking and cleanup a breeze.We also really appreciated the beach gear: four chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a small cooler, and even ice packs waiting in the freezer. The extras didn’t stop there—there were books, playing cards, a yoga mat, and a foam roller in the living room, and even thoughtful touches in the bedroom like a laundry basket, luggage holder, and a sweeper.Having access to the shared laundry room (with two washers and dryers at 2.50 per load) near the elevator was a big bonus. Our unit was at the end of the building closest to the street, but it was still very quiet and peaceful. There was also a nearby stairwell that made it super easy to get to and from the parking area.Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring the south side of the island. The small"

"I can not say enough positives about this resort! We did opt for ocean front and were very impressed! We couldn't have asked for a better room! The resort was quiet, had lots of things to keep you busy (yard games, pool, fire pits, etc.). The room was clean, had plenty of room, and the set up was great. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and very helpful. We will come again and stay at this Sheraton! "

"Our family of 17 spent ten days in this beautiful home located in a lovely part of Kauai. This property well exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect for accessing the many attractions of the island. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. The pool/hot tub , outdoor area, putting green and lanai are glorious and were enjoyed by all. We appreciated the availability of the many beach items in the separate garage. However we were disappointed in the lack of availability of the weight room. We were told it would not be set up for two more months. It should not be listed at all on the web site if there actually is no availability. Also perhaps the host should consider investing in spare remotes for the shades. The remote for the master bedroom was broken and so the shades could not be raised which left the room dark. The host did order a new one immediately but it understandably takes awhile for things to arrive to the islands so we could never open the shades. The host should consider creating a detailed book of directions as to how various things in the house work. All remotes should be labeled as well as what light the switches control. There should be detailed instructions as to trash disposal and days for pick up and what to do with left over food. We would also have appreciated a broom. Despite these few suggestions, we had a terrific time at this house and we leave with many fond memories of our time together here."
