"Gleich ein paar Steps unterhalb der Piazza Duomo. Bereits vor Ankunft ein freundliches WhatsApp über Parking, da die Altstadt verkehrsfrei ist. Der Transfer vom Parking zum Hotel lohnt sich: Samir holt Euch am Piazzo Duomo ab.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und modern eingerichtet. Sehr grosses Bad. Der Empfang von Damiano weltklasse. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und die Organisation zurück zum Parking durch Mario hervorragend. A very nice place to stay. "

"Beautiful and immaculate setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this carefully restored farm estate. Breakfast was delicious, enjoyed in the lovely courtyard. Staff were welcoming and helpful in recommending good restaurants close by. Unfortunately it was too cool to enjoy the gorgeous pool. Only a 5 minute drive to the historic part of Matera. "

"Hotel first: Basiiani Hotel is a marvel in a town once called the 'Shame of Italy'. It is a hotel that is comprised of several rooms carved into caves that used to be people's homes. It is awesome. The decor, beds, bathroom and amenities all top notch. The staff friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Now the town of Matera.... you must go. Truly out of this world and worth every adjective of beauty."
