"We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff from arrival to departure were friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was ample entertainment, iguanas walking around, music, playing, friendly interactive staff , plenty of food, and right on the ocean. The 24-hour gym was convenient, well stocked , and the spa was very clean, comfortable, and came highly recommended. Definitely agree! Oralia was a wonderful masseuse! Although this is our first time here, it was recommended, and we agree that it's better than a couple that we've been to and even paid more for. You won't be disappointed. Rob"

"The Sheraton was fantastic. The club rooms were awesome with one exception. The pillows felt lumpy like bags with wadded up socks. Otherwise, it was great. "

The only thing was the food could improve a bit. The breakfast buffet so delicious and the lunch was great multiple options for both kids and adults. Not a fan of the asian restaurant nor the Mexican style restaurant. All other food was great! "
