"Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time).
The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be."

"I loved the coziness of the coffee lounge in the lobby. A good relaxing vibe; doesn’t feel like a traditional hotel lobby. It makes you want to hang out. Love the Tribe! "
"Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas.
