"Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left. Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay. Bed was never made and didn’t get any clean towels. The man at the desk was very nice and got us towels. When we arrived we asked about a room with a higher toilet and was told their handicap rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator only stairs . I said that can’t be true. "In my opinion the reviews do not do this property justices. The most important part of a stay is the room quality and the room was outstanding. The whole property area was clean. It is an excellent pool area with the option of the indoor or outdoor pool. Hot tub was excellent as well. Staff were friendly. And all the basics were within walking distance. Great place to stay."
