This was a decent hotel for a work engagement. The staff were lovely and helpful. The dining is necessary as this is not a walkable area - you must drive for everything. The view from the hotel was amazing.

Nice location off of the water. The only critique I have is that the bathrooms need updating desperately. The water pressure was low and the tubs were very old. Also, they need to add a full length mirror in the rooms. Other that that, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was nice. The staff was hard to find whenever I needed water or a question answered. No one was around and they took the service bell away. The tiki bar closed early it was supposed to be open until 10 and she told me it was closed when I went to get a drink at 9:40. It was an ok place to stay

This is an older hotel but you wouldn't know it. We have stayed there before. This time just my husband and me. It's away from Downtown social area of shops and restaurants but only a 5 minute drive. In our room the carpet appeared updated with vinyl flooring in the foyer and bathroom. A small balcony was welcomed as a place to relax and look out at the boats on the channel. There is a nice tiki bar that has friendly staff and any drink you request. Inside the hotel is the restaurant and bar. We didn't have time to enjoy the food but we did appreciated the female bartender and drinks after a long day. You can't go wrong with this gem. It has a long history with a beautiful location on the channel.

The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only open during the day. Nice restaurant but overall not worth what I paid.
