"Everything was pretty much perfect besides two things that struck me out: The Room AC took REALLY long to heat up and twice as long to cool down. Major pain on a humid hot day Breakfast was really tasty but the time for last meal orders said 8:30 and 8:20 I was already ushered out of the buffet room. I didn't make it in time to take drinks and the dining hall had no water even so I had to eat without a drink. If last meal order says 8:30 I figured last time someone can go into buffet room is...

"Biggest plus is the location and the convenience that comes with it. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. But don’t expect the hotel to have the normal facilities and amenities - it’s a hotel with decent good, clean rooms, that’s it, although it is surrounded by plenty of eateries and shopping centres."

"Excellent huge space walking distance to everything you need. As described. It is difficult to find - you need to walk up a steep hill, down a random side street and it’s literally just two apartments on the 7th floor of a random building. That said, worth it and would stay again!"

"Hotel was in a very convenient location - close to subway and tons of dining options available. Very close to large grocery store as well. What I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was despite the busy area. The accommodations are excellent as well - clean and spacious. Staff very responsive as well. Will not hesitate to stay there again next time we come back to Japan."

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."
