Hotel is on 5th floor in "Mark City", so if you are walking through the maze of pathways in and around the Shibuya train complex, look for signs pointing to Mark City. But, there is a direct elevator at ground level that skips the need to use escalators (it is not obvious). Room size was larger than average and nicely laid out. This hotel is on the pricier side. You are paying for the room size and convenient central location in Shibuya which saves you time as you explore Shibuya and other parts of Tokyo."

"The room was amazing! We had an beautiful view and had no problems with our stay. All the staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage. So many things are close by as well, along with a 7/11 and many different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was very small (basically, where I lay my head to sleep was about 5 feet from the door) and there was only a curtain separating the sleeping space to the bath vanity and shower area. Otherwise, the location is fantastic and so close to the train station, restaurants and shopping."

"Our first time in japan. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby, trains and grocery stores nearby. Be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. Good clean affordable hotel we probably pay more for high season unfortunately miss cherry blossom season. We enjoy yakiniku and conveyor belt sushi the most and tried every bento boxes. Hope to come back in the future we enjoyed our visit. Thank you to all the strangers that help us on the train station who help us guide us on the right path when we got lost and must have is apple map good for directions and google translate that help navigate everything in japanese."
