"Excellent place to stay and great value. The owner is a very nice guy who makes you feel at home and helps with all enquiries and questions. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious and filling, unlike many other free breakfasts. Great locations for exploring and watching hot air balloons. We slept in the family room and were very comfortable. Highly recommend."

I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) .
