"Stayed in this cave suites for 4D. The hotel is vey close to Urgup city centre. Pros: 1) vey calm and new hotel. 2)Staff in all departments (house keeping, dining and front desk)were friendly. Ceylan (Manager) she was the only one in the hotel who can communicate with tourist in English, vey helpful and make sure the guest stay is comfortable/tour planning done in wise manner. 3) good breakfast. Cons: 1) poor room design for summer as the room doesnt have air con nor ceiling fan, due to which if...
