"Elif Star was a great small hotel for our and a friend's two night trip to see Cappadocia. The rooms were pleasant, the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and breakfast sufficient. Our hosts were welcoming. Right in Goreme but a block or two up from the busier downtown, the location was quiet and accessible. Kadir was very helpful and friendly. The weather did not cooperate for a balloon ride this time but it was good enough for sightseeing. We enjoyed shopping at Sultan's Charm for Turkish...

"We had a great time here on our trip to Cappadocia! Convenient location, walkable to many restaurants and sites like open air museum. It had a great vibe. "

"Everything was great but music plays all afternoon and until about 10 p.m. It is outdoors from the bar and you can hear it loud in your room. It never stops and becomes like torture after awhile. It would have been a great stay but the non stop music audible in pit room ruined it. "

"The staff was super helpful as soon as we arrived by providing a cot for our baby and given is great recommendation to eat and do some kids friendly activities. The view is also fabulous for both sunset and sunrise and their breakfast was super tasty! "

"Easy and free parking. Helpful staff and in central location with plenty of dining and entertainment options in walking distance. Only downside is if you have mobility issues, room upstairs can be difficult getting to, with steep stairs. But i think you may find this in most hotels around this area"

"We booked a junior suit with tub . It was humid and warm but staff gave us a fan which worked for us. Breakfast is decent and staff are awesome. They speak English well . The view of balloons and bar and patio view would be unforgettable. The rooms are cave rooms so obviously don't have windows. We knew already so it didn't bother us :)"
