"Terra Cave is a lovely clean hotel. The Stone room was a god size with comfortable bed (not hard as rock like some hotels). The staff were friendly and kind and helpful. Hotel is located up a hill, like so many in Goreme. They have free tea and cakes at 4.30pm and breakfast is fantastic. Lovely view over town and balloons from terrace where breakfast is served. Highly recommend. "

"I absolutely loved the stay at Phocas. Even if they don’t speak English well they manage to help you out in very possible way. The staff is so caring and welcoming to all tourists. I would must must must recommend to stay here due to its prime location and the property itself and the staff and service is just gold served in a plate"

"We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff. "

"Kaldığımız oda büyüklük açısından ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Mağara konsepti olarak gittik ama bu kadar rutubet beklemiyordum. Yastık falan hep ıslak durumdaydı. Güneşe çıkarıp kurıtuyorduk. Kaloriferi açtırdık haziranda o kadar soğuk odalar. Sular çok sıcak akmıyor. Otelde kimse havlu lazım mı şampuan bitti mi demedi hepsini bizim söylememiz beklendi. Otelde gram yiyecek yok, gece açlık çeksen açsın. Mini barda 2 snicers 2 de biskrem var. Kahvaltı rezalet sana masayı hazırlıyorlar açık büfe değil....

"If leaking sewer gas didn’t kill this room, it would’ve been one of the best stays ever! We even complained about the condition but they didn’t do anything or at least didn’t do enough to fix the issue. There are definitely some plumbing issues at this hotel. It’s otherwise a perfect hotel in a perfect location!"
