Beautiful hotel with a lovely relaxing and very unique feel . We loved the cave room we stayed in and it all felt very special. The staff are excellent, professional and very welcoming. It felt all very relaxed and well run. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, a fresh and luxurious spread of delicious food . The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant will always be a special memory. My only slight negative was that the pillows and mattress were harder than our preference, but the hotel did change the pillows to more comfortable ones . I really appreciated the WhatsApp contact with the hotel staff , it all made us feel very well looked after .

The property is built in with caves lining some of the walls. It is so unique and very beautiful. The staff was great and assisted us in getting tours. I suggest you book the balloon ride early so if winds or weather does not permit the balloons taking of you can still go another day. It was purely a highlight to our trip. This is the best town in the area in my opinion.

Staff was friendly and efficient and very responsive on WhatsApp. We were able to arrange airport pick up for 2 people for 30 Euros one way. We were able to check in early since there was a room available. Their view from the rooftop is beautiful and they have the best rooftop set up with the colorful carpets and the food platter set for pictures in the morning. Breakfast is included at the Seten restaurant. It is a longer walk to and from the city center since it has the one of the highest view of the city. They also have a sister hotel next door where you can dine at their Restaurant - Happena where they can help you make reservations. We also used their Turkish spa as well which was a great experience!
