"We usually stay here everytime we are in the city. It’s been about a year since the last time we were there before this weekend and The place has been run down. Seemed like everything in our room was broken. The drawers in the cabinets either wouldn’t open or close, the bathroom sink tap needed bulk to turn it on, the toilet would keep running unless you went and untangled the chain in the tank, water pressure was terrible, tv barley worked. Won’t be going back"

"My family and I stayed here this weekend. I had other families book the same hotel because the location was great for us and the price was awesome. I looked at their pictures and the booked mainly because it looked clean and had a free breakfast (which is important for us families on the go for sports) so we went there and boy were we completely surprised by the exterior, it looked dingy. The lobby was ok but needs some maintenance. We checked in only to find out we were on the third floor and the elevator was broken! Now this isn’t a deal breaker but maybe try to make it up to us a little with a discount or something. Instead we hauled up 3 flights of stairs. Half way up the staircase we noticed a bloodied bandaid laying on the steps… again not a deal breaker although this is our very first opinion of this hotel. Now I could get over the bandaid being on the step BUT the thing laid there for at least 36 hours of our 48 hour stay (puke). So moving forward, the room seems clean, the bathroom is not the nicest, has the 90’s shade of yellow happening and brought back smoking room vibes! So going back to the pictures I looked at online… hahahaha what a joke those are! The breakfast was made to look like there is options! If dried up cinnamon stick and toasted English muffins are what they call a breakfast. Fast forward to that evening and we come back to a uncleaned room. We were told they don’t service rooms until you leave! So needless to say.. never going back. Save your money"

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were left stranded in Edmonton on the weekend of a concert. No hotels available. They wouldn’t even find us a new rental and they said they made the same mistakes the day before. Then to top it all of they sent me a email the following day asking me how my stay was and to leave a review. BE AWARE MAJOR MAJOR SCAM!!!!!!!!"
