We were also grateful to the flexibility given to us for a later checkout, which gave us more time to get the children ready. The bedding and towels were clean and the duvet covers looked new. All helped for a good nights sleep. If anybody complains for what you get for what you pay then you need to think about getting your hand in your pocket to pay for what you really want. I recommend a walk into the Centre, onto the Old Bull...
