Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience."

Felt very safe as a single woman traveler. The one downside was the restaurant/bar...breakfast was good offerings, but opened at 7. No coffee available until then other than instant to be made in room. The bar closed early and staff made closing time known well before last call, which was not very...

"Had a great night at this hotel. Check in was smooth. Hanna at the front desk was very helpful when I mentioned I was staying for partners birthday. She went out of her way to get chocolates and wine. I also was easily able to pay and add breakfast onto my booking. I had a nice room and I was really happy that I chose this hotel. It was quite busy due to a conference but did not negatively affect my stay. Was able to pay extra to check out later just before breakfast which was nice as check out...
