"Honestly, for the cheap price it's not a bad value. It's 1/3 the price of the higher end options across the street. However, it smells very strongly of Fabuloso cleaner. And the AC units are very noisy. I turned mine off in order to sleep. But otherwise rooms were quiet and relatively comfortable. My shower also didn't drain properly, which is gross. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was acceptable."

The accommodations are on par with other budget motels but the staff are definitely 5 star quality and by far the best thing about the property. They're professional yet personable and they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. "

"Our group came to Missouri Valley, IA for a dog competition. This home had a lovely porch to relax on and a fenced back yard with patio furniture so made it very comfortable. The Hot summer air made the upstairs bedroom a bit stuffy so a fan might be a nice addition. One of our group liked the heat so that was not an issue but a suggestion for future guests. The host was very prompt in all our communications. Thank you for a nice stay!"
