"My wife and I visited for our 20 year anniversary and Kokomo Cottage was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, bed was comfy, and the amenities provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed the centralized location to everything. We were able to visit multiple breweries, Folly Beach, Downtown Charleston, and many great local restaurants. Our host was very responsive and also provided a local guidebook with things to do ect, which was a nice touch. It was perfect for a weekend getaway to go and get lost. "

"This little gem is so close to the beach, Charleston. Wal Mart pickup about 4 mins away, which we used daily. Air conditioning was excellent, nice sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to cook full meals and it was equipped to do so. Great ice maker! Great dining area too! "
