"The property's location was a short walk to the beach. The Inn keepers Kim & Paige were so accommodating. The complementary breakfast was delicious to start the day and a great little nosh, wine beer or coffee before exiting for dinner. No complaints here."

"The accomadations were great. the house had everything we needed for our stay. the host was very easy to communicate with. check in & out were very easy. We loved the large front porch area to hang out after a day at the beach and when it was raining. The bottom level of the house was a perfect place for my daughter's family to sleep ( with 2 children age 1 & 2). Loved that there was enough beach chairs for the 7 of us. My other daughter and grandson also enjoyed the bikes that were available and rode to town several times/day on them. The house is very close to the beach access, less than a 5 min. walk which was awesome. The house is located on the 2nd row and had a limited and small ocean view ( not something that can be changed but the pictures made it look like the view was going to be larger than it really is & I personally was looking forward to a bigger / better ocean view). Otherwise the vacation house was excellent for our needs and close to center street which had many good restaurants/ shops. My family really enjoyed folly beach and the location of the house. We would stay there again."

"My husband and I brought our two high school daughters, their two friends and our two dogs. The house was perfect for the amount of people and animals we had. We did not feel crowded at all! Weather was great, pool was warm and everything was close by and walking distance."

"We stayed at fantasy island for a family vacation. Really enjoyed the front and back porches and convenient beach access. Host was prompt with communication and we had no issues during our stay. House was big enough for everyone to have their own space when needed and livingroom and back porch were able to accommodate everyone at once."

"What a fantastic week we had at this beach house. We loved the location- right on the gorgeous beach. It was perfect weather all week too. We also liked that we could visit Charleston so easily. The home had a well stocked kitchen for family dinners. The home is spacious for a large gathering. We had one minor repair which was fixed immediately. Thanks for helping to create a week full of lovely memories! "
