"Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Great common area for breakfast and coffee. Nice deck to sit out on and relax. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night-life....."

"It advertised 2 restaurants but neither served breakfast. Had to go off property. As a resort didn’t offer coffee in the lobby. Had to purchase at Starbucks. After 8 pm very little activity at the hotel bar and restaurant Pinky’s. It was in a close up mode. The beach was nice but the lounges and umbrellas as shown in pictures had to be rented for $59 per day. Hotel only offered a beach chair which attendant not on duty all day. Elevators didn’t work properly. The hotel seemed to operated in an...

"Post House Inn is such a charming place with delicious food, helpful staff and a setting like a movie. A walk around the neighborhood is so peaceful with beautiful homes and friendly people. A very lovely stay."

"If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!"

"Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine."

"The staff was very welcoming to our large dog and made us feel very comfortable."

"Everything about this hotel was five stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

Note though: no elevator, not much parking, limited continental breakfast options, and we thought housekeeping did a very, very minimal job not worthy of a 5-star hotel. She did not vacuum, wipe...

"I took a long time trying to determine which hotel to stay at for our first visit to Charleston. I was thrilled with our decision. The room with access to the courtyard was a unique experience that we will never forget. The room was beautifully laid out and decorated, and had wonderful amenities. The offering of slippers to guests is a detail that adds that extra touch for its guests, and is one of my fav items when staying at a hotel. Our room was clean. The courtyard experience was so...
