"Overall, the stay was decent, but we had several issues. We arrived late for check-in and understood the full day charge, but the staff’s communication was not very professional. Our room was never cleaned or restocked with fresh towels. Housekeeping also knocked on our door repeatedly around 9AM, even though checkout was at 12PM. On top of that, the elevator was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep."

"Certain floors are updated, others are VERY old & kind of scary. Cold sink faucet didn’t work, neither did tv. 1 queen room is fine for 1 person. It’s a good location for MSG but not much else. Staff was very nice."
