"Our stay was amazing! We walked in super early expecting to leave our luggage and explore until we could check in but our room was ready! The room was super clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. They have water bottles and filtered water dispensers on every floor that guests could use for free! Summer heat in NYC is no joke so the free water is a great perk. Staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we walked in and out of the hotel. It was an amazing stay so...
