"Very convenient to the train station, easy to access, very quiet, great shower and amenities. If you are looking for a place close to Sangenjaya or Shibuya, this is a good local area. The only improvement I could suggest is softer pillows :) "
"The property was nice, the staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the bakery connected to the hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here. "

"Our stay at the Excel hotel was wonderful. The room size was sufficient, and their bed was soft and clean. Their toilet was a bit small, but that is a given for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, we had an amazing time. The location is probably the best part. Close to the train station, shibuya crossing and shopping centres. Truly convenient. "
"Rooms are small, but as we've learned, to be expected in Japan. Kitchen area is modestly stocked and could use more utensils and kitchenware.
The friendliness of the staff, comfortable lounge area to work in, proximity to the Shinsen Station line that connects to Shibuya, and quiet, lovely neighborhood filled with small restaurants, a market across the street, and a nearby 7-11, make staying at the Tokyu Stay Shibuya convenient and peaceful. "
"The pod beds were amazing!! They weee so easy to control with the iPod remote. I loved the sheen, modern look and feel of the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful inside and outside "
