"The host was extremely nice and when we asked for help locating something she would assist us by doing research, calling on our behalf and speaking to the business to ensure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a Home stay experience this is a good spot. breakfast made daily at the time that you specify and a verity of Japanese foods. "

"excellent property. Exceptional service from the staff. Only area that could be improved is the laundromat. Quite a hike from our room to the laundromat, and each time to find all machines are busy. Five attempts to use, orally ended in failure. However, our stay was exceptional and this did not ruin it at all. The staff, their behaviour & their professionalism made the stay a great one. "

"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "
