Incredible stay, customer service was on point

The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience. Wonderful and charming design. Great bed, pillow and sheets. The pajamas are fabulous. The Higashikawa Sparkling water is absolutely wonderful. The pear juice delicious. Excellent ginger ale. And kudos on the charming rich coffee roast at the cafe. Fabulous scented body and hand wash wow! And the hair conditioner! Ahh..:a delightful visit, charming sumptuous.

1. 위치 시부야역과 오모테산도역에서 가깝지만 또한 상대적으로 대로변 안쪽의 여유로운 동네에 위치함. 최근에 오픈한 야마시타 파크와도 매우 가까움 2. 직원분 응대 무엇보다 처음 도착하였을때 매니저님(명함엔 Amber Lee님 이라고 적혀있었음)이 호텔에 대해 구석구석 안내해 주었던 것이 인상깊었음. 도어, 이셉션, 키친 등에 위치한 직원분 한분한분이 진심으로 최상의 서비스를 하고자 하는 모습들을 곳곳에서 확인할 수 있었음. 특히 조식 서비스를 해주던 한국어가 유창하시던 직원분이 기억남 3. 룸 룸에 딸린 테라스와 테라스 높이의 나무덕분에 너무도 여유롭고 풍성한 기분을 느낄 수가 있었음. 방내부는 군더더기 없었고 침구 퀄리티는 최고였음. 특히나 이불의 경우 몸을 덮으면 자연스럽게 부풀어 올라 감싸주는 것이 인상깊었음. 화장실은 매우 깨끗하였음. 방음도 적절하였고 외부 행사가 있었지만 창문을 닫으면 적절하게 소음이 처리되었음. 4. 조식 선택 가능한 조식은 하나하나 정성이 느껴지는 맛이었음. 테라스를 가진 (키친이라 불리는) 조식을 먹을 수 있는 공간은 오래된 원목 빈티지 스타일의 가구들과 인테리어 마감재들이 시공된 너무도 근사한 분위기의 공간이었음. 여유를 느끼고 힐링이 되는 곳이었음. 다만 장기 숙박자에 대한 배려로 메뉴가 조금은 더 있거나 바뀌면 좋았을 것 같음. 외부의 숙박하지 않는 사람들도 브런치를 먹으러 많이들 옴. 5. Sociable Hotel이라는 아이덴티티 외부인이 자연스럽게 드나들 수 있게 오픈된, 나무가 우거진 마당 공간엔 세상 힙한 동네 사람들이 여유를 부리며 혹은 업무를 하고 있었음. 다른 호텔과 다른 하나의 문화가 느껴지는 이 호텔만의 아이덴티티가 느껴지는 부분이었고 그 속에 내가 있을 수 있다는 사실이 너무도 기뻤음. 낮 혹은 저녁에 내부 로비에서 열리는 각 종 행사들은 다국적 기업들의 런칭파티 혹은 각종 모임들이었으며, 호텔이 가진 밝고 기분 좋은 기운을 느끼게 하였음. 스토어에는 호텔에서 사용한 힙한 물건들을 다시 구매해 갈 수 있는 곳이었고 지인들을 위한 선물들을 구매하기도함(살만한 물건들이 꽤 있음) 6. 기타 이외에 친환경에 대한 철학이 느껴지는 서비스 방식 등은 보너스이며, 2일 이상 여유를 가지고 묵으면 좋을 곳이라 생각함. 특히 너무 도쿄를 바쁘게 돌아다니기보다 여유를 즐기며 하나하나 진심으로 느끼고자 하는 분에게 이 호텔을 즐겨보길 권하고 싶음

Amazing location in the Shibuya area and incredibly cool experience in Tokyo. Stay here if you care about good design, architecture, boutique hotels, coffee, culture, fashion, etc. It’s an excellent curation and reflection of what’s happening/up and coming in Shibuya. Loved the attention to details in the hotel design, friendly/beautiful staff, access to coffee/food options, and walkability to the heart of Shibuya in 5-10 mins. I’ve stayed at the Aman and Park Hyatt and while this hotel doesn’t offer the amenities or service of a five star hotel, it punches above its weight and is where I will stay next if given the choice between all the options.
