"This hotel about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya crossing which was exciting. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. The rooms are very small so for me and my spouse it was a challenge since we are used to a bit more space. The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were hard. To be honest we managed to make the room work and we knew it was going to be small but if we were hoping for a more comfortable bed or at least pillows. Overall a decent hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Also only having one elevator during checkout was a bit of a challenge and you will.need to plan to leave a bit earlier because it will be in use quite often with the checkins and out of all the guest"

"Room was much more spacious than I expected. I appreciated the full size mirror in the room as well as the washing machine in the room. Very convenient for a long stay. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo. Five minute walk to Shibuya station along with all the station shopping and restaurants. On a quiet street away from the craziness of the scramble and crossing but still only about a 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing."

"This hotel is incredible. Location is prime, and you have the subway and restaurants just down stairs. The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is really good. Tip: washer and dryer available for use, which is great to have in these long trips. I would most definitely return."
