"From the outside this house is gorgeous, right on the beach, literally a few steps to the water. Inside the house needs some love. The walls were dirty with scuff marks and grunge. I understand that vacation rentals can be rough on furniture, appliances, walls, door knobs and cookware. Each of these were in need of repair or replacements.
