"The stay was exquisite. We will only stay here going forward. We were the most impressed with the turn down service! Eye glass cloths for our glasses and bookmarks for our books. They went above and beyond the normal turn down with ice, water, slippers and mood lighting. 5 star with the best customer service in the South!"

"The staff has always been amazing and the location is perfect in the downtown district. We reduce the stars because the noise levels are not great for sleeping. If the could figure out how to reduce room to room and hallway noise it would be 5stars all day"

"First, the staff was very helpful at checking us in and letting us know about the amenities. And of course the breakfast is great, they also have free wine, charcuterie and cookies as well at night. As we walked to our room we saw the courtyard which is wonderful. And our room was great and and super updated! I definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Parking is about 20ish dollars a day but worth it because of the walkability of the area. Once again, it’s a great stay and we will be back!"

"Love this place. So convenient to shopping, rainbow row, restaurants and right across from the harbor. Staff was amazing and the daily happy hours and being able to enjoy sitting on the terrace were other special highlights."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable of the area. There was always a smile on everyone's face. The breakfast, the wine and cheese and the cookies and milk were the greatest. As a guest, you felt special almost like royalty. It was one of the best stays I've experienced."
