"The service was excellent, very friendly staff. I got a windowless room, but it came with a skylight. While at first I didn’t mind this, the early sun would beam down on me and wake me up super early. I wish I could have put a blind or something to cover the in coming light. "

"When I booked this hotel I had no idea it was going to be so nice. When I checked in the staff greeted me with a smile and process was quick and easy. Each staff member I encountered were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Once we walked in our room it smelled so good, very clean and decorated really nice. We will be booking again when we come back to visit!"

"I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The parking was the only thing I didn't like. However, we were able to snag a parking spot in front of the hotel and just walked around the corner to the French Quarter. It was really nice and we also did the pedicab which was different but fun."

"Staff genuinely loved their jobs and made you feel like you belonged there!!! I even forgot they were part of a hotel chain!! From the services we received: Valet parking, Reception, Security, Bar/Pool services, Dining - ALL were excellent, very friendly!!! There were services we didn't use, were not there long enough. We highly recommend!!"
