The staff does a great job keeping up with cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel also offers great amenities such as free guest laundry, breakfast and pool. The parking area is also gated which is a plus. The staff was attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton while in New Orleans.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The parking was the only thing I didn't like. However, we were able to snag a parking spot in front of the hotel and just walked around the corner to the French Quarter. It was really nice and we also did the pedicab which was different but fun.

The hotel was lovely. When we arrived on May 20, at around 4:00 pm the girl at the desk was very nasty, rude and sarcastic. The next day on the 21 st, the girl who worked the day shift was so kind and sweet very helpful.

Hotel looked brand new, everyone was very friendly and even gave great recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. would stay here again for sure

The location was excellent! Very close to Frenchman St., Cafe du Monde, Jackson Square and the French Quarter. All walkable. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was the super-slow elevator. We ended up taking the stairs every time.

the room was fine and quiet. I'm glad I didn't spring for the balcony because there is not much to look at around the hotel. Frenchmen St. being a block away is a real plus since there are a number of restaurants over there. Very close to the French market too.
