"The area around the hotel is a nice part of town, it didn't feel unsafe and I wasn't very worried about the car outside. It's close enough to the French Quarter to walk to everything, and it's also walking distance to the nearest streetcar station, so it's convenient for getting around. "Checked in and our 2 bedroom suite had not been cleaned. Lots of apologies and they got it done while we were at dinner. After 4 nights they never cleaned our room again. We requested it twice. They brought us 3 clean towels and 3 fitted sheets. It's a quaint little boutique hotel on the very edge of the French Quarter. Most of the employees were very kind, but never followed up on tgeir promises. "
